New Music! Facets - Xanthous

Greetings!

Excited to share some news of brand new upcoming Adventsong music. I was kindly allowed to remix a track from @Am I in Trouble? 's excellent Spectrum, and the result is being released as part of the (also excellent) compilation Facets.

Taking the original avant-garde black metal of Spectrum and spinning it out into hundreds* of different genres, Facets is a wonderfully eclectic compilation with everything from ambient, cyberpunk, dungeon synth, industrial metal, chiptune, progressive rock, drone, and more. I've been lucky to hear the full thing and IT GOOD.

*not quite hundreds but there’s a lot going on.

My track, ‘Xanthous’, is a rework of’ Yellow’, and is a beat driven vaporwave track. Think bit crushed beats and washed out PSX synths and you've got the right idea, there or thereabouts. It's very celestial and bright, and I say this about everything but I think it's up there with my best. Honest.
