Artwork management redesign

In an effort to bring all supported art types to a higher standard, both in management experience and viewing experience, we have completely overhauled the artwork management page! It looks something like this:

We’ve also added support for per-image titles and alt-text (currently artwork only, but we’ll bring it to the rest of the images on the platform soon). Alt-text isnt actually used on the page yet because shortly after this we will be releasing an updated public artwork page.
