Search upgrade: describe what you’re looking for

Our search system got a major overhaul and now supports semantic search, meaning you can describe a sound or a vibe and it’ll give you results! This is built using some traditional machine learning / natural language processing techniques and draws directly from the way our artists describe themselves, their music, their merch, and their artwork.
Our tag system got a related update as well and now has an understanding of the relationship between tags. If you pick a tag from the search page, most popular tags will also suggest similar related tags.
These updates have been live on our website for about a week with mobile app updates coming soon. Enjoy!
