Unexplained Wounds is an uncompromising, uninhibited beast of a record. It effortlessly jumps from style to style, song to song. Yet, despite the tendency to jump around stylistically, it remains focused and relatively cohesive. It's a dark record about mental trauma and disdain for society. A decidedly groovier record than other Biscuit Merchant offerings, Unexplained Wounds doesn't skimp on the thrash and death metal elements either.
