Anton's Blindness, the name is derived from a rare symptom of brain damage called the Anton-Babinski Syndrome. The sufferer is optically blind but denies having lost sight due to confabulation (the confusion between imagination and memories). The memories and imagination fill in where the eyes no longer work. Visual perception without optic input.

The project Anton's Blindness began with vocalist Kim Lotus and guitarist Bodah in Weurzburg Germany circa Dec. 2004. There they started writing and recording together almost immediately and haven't stopped since. After many evolution’s of the music; many homes across the world; many, many musicians, Anton's Blindness is finally where it is supposed to be. With the addition of drummer Jonny Roboto and bassist Broox, they are making the music it had been searching blind for all these years. The music, a true catharsis for each individual member. The project Anton's Blindness died.... and became a Band. -2009
