Formed in 2003 by lone original member RK, Blasphemous has since lurked and conquered the Philadelphia underground with an ever shifting form of black, death and heavy metal.

Many years of underground gigs in the Philadelphia and New Jersey area included opening slots for such legendary acts as Suffocation and Watain, allowing the band to make a name for themselves amongst their extreme metal peers.

After a hiatus in 2013, RK reformed the band in 2016 with its strongest and most stable lineup to date. Blasphemous successfully released several efforts which further showed the band sharpening their blackened weapons of metallic death:

2026 brings the band into their 23rd year of devilish existence, and though they currently lay dormant, gathering hellish strength through their slumber, the forthcoming auditory storms they seek to unleash will forever cement the band as one of the strongest Philadelphia has had to offer.
