Across Dunes Of White-Hot Ash / Into The Very Mouth Of The Sun
from Ephemeral Maps
Ephemeral Maps sonically extends the explorations of my previous release for Healing Sound Propagandist, Dreams In Digital Dust.
Thematically, it draws inspiration from J.G. Ballard’s novel, "The Drowned World" (1962). The novel's portrayal of intense heat and evolving underwater landscapes naturally complements the atmospheric, textured, and slowly morphing soundscapes that define Ephemeral Maps.
