Cauldron Brim Neurosilk
Sallow Moth
synopsis: A dark steel cauldron filled to the brim with pinkish-white silk. Consuming this neurosilk enhances sensory perception and bolsters resistance to some forms of magic for extended durations. In a moment of enthusiasm, a sorcerer becomes overly absorbed in an out-of-body incantation, resulting in the consequence of cooking his own brain within the cauldron. lyrics: Oolech Eat Break all of that Murk stew The busted day dungeon Stir the spoon, full mystic brew Older duress Ingest it Vehement Real vermin Mimicry cryo state Fear deep, oolech All over me All over Mealcrime To spite me I spit, this mass destroy Ool Being in grand cryo cryptic den Makes me ill I need something Maybe I’ll slow kill Move oolech in the air Rising Run inside run inside run inside Inside you Ate Plate Meet me Take the brain Defend my body Ool ool This burnt effigy Is ready to die Feed us, cryo state Bevel Transmute Breakfast Deem mute Bundle brings Simple, eat silk Bring the spoon Rise and shine, almost there Wish I don’t need help Feast Oh see a way out Creep out the abyss door Stir the spoon, full mystic brew In a crypt, locked wishes wait Stained matter Neuro shield shattered Where is my mind Somewhere Your oolech Mealtime a curse or two Where the shines don’t see I’ll cook my own brain A matter of tasting occurs A cauldron brewed alive Out of body Empty the cauldron Stir the full mystic brew

Mossbane Lantern: A powerful, green-encrusted lantern hidden on an icy plane. This highly coveted artifact allows humans to temporarily displace their corporeal form and teleport short distances within the plane they are on, while granting non-humans the ability to teleport over greater distances, including interdimensional travel.

Mossbane Lantern serves as an extension to the anthological format of the Vial EP, revolving around various esoteric artifacts. Each song depicts a story of a different traveler's experiences on their unique path to the Mossbane Lantern, as well as the aftereffects of activating it in conjunction with these other artifacts.

Notable influences on this album: Akercocke, Cynic, Cephalic Carnage, Wormed, Mortal Decay, Biolich, Edge of Sanity, maudlin of the Well, Bark Psychosis, Funeral Diner.
