About Svn.Seeker
Svn.Seeker was formed in late 2017 from the depths of depression, comprised of Nikita Khrenov, Geoff Chance, Rob "OB" Lembo, and Pat Conaty, bringing forth savage riffs and melodic hooks. The quartet released their debut EP “Means to an End” in 2021, recorded and mixed by Dave Kaminsky at Studio Wormwood (Fires in the Distance, Bone Church, Nicolas Cage Fighter) and mastered by legendary Ryan Williams, to the delight of fans and critics alike:
“Means to an End demonstrates unequivocally that the potential is here for Svn.Seeker to do whatever they want.” - Angry Metal Guy
“Svn.Seeker's first EP offers a blend of sophisticated, almost technical, melodic death metal and furiously fast blackened thrash, enriched with unexpected breaks and acoustic interludes, and refined with a large chunk of catchy melodies and great solos, all spiced up with a pinch of neo-classical arrangements.” – Metal Storm
“Focused, skilled songwriting and outstanding performances that get the job done, and hopefully will be the start of a long and fruitful career for these gentlemen.” - Dead Rhetoric
“These Connecticuters write interesting riffs and melodies, know their instruments and they seem to have the potential to one day stand right next to ARSIS or OMNIUM GATHERUM. Recommended for seekers of the "where melodeath goes next" path.” - Eternal Terror Webzine
The band bided their time following the EP release, tightening up their live performance until they hit Summer of 2021 with the ground running. Svn.Seeker blitzed through the following two years with shows around New England, picking up a new bassist in Brandon "Urda" McCurda along the way. Known for their high energy live performances the band shared the stage with the likes of RIG TIME!, Pathogenic, Abiotic, Carnivore A.D, and Solemn Vision. Frequently compared to the likes of Arsis, Omnium Gatherum, Obscura, and Nightrage, Svn.Seeker is hard at work perfecting their debut full-length record.
