choice words some walls long nights long calls a struggle revealing something or nothing.. her chase her freeze a mercurial foreshadowing could stay could go to hope or know.. what could be, just maybe.. what should be, so haunting.. a door is closing the moon sways bound sea [drum break] all words no walls things wane things crawl the bed play retaining a mending or an ending.. confusion from treason relying now on reason could stay could go to know false hope what can't be will save me what could be will kill me a door is opening the moon sways bound sea these moments of tension create waves to sunder mountains for everything on the table begins to blur in sight but for all that came before me and cannot be undone is a battle.. where I do not belong and I am reminded, that one of us lives in the moment and the other.. lives for the plan and what side of you, are we on? she's lost in moments again and I ask her.. on what side of you, are we on? she's lost in moments again and I ask her.. on what side of you, are we on? she's lost in moments again and I ask her..

Requiem is a collection of pivotal chapters that irrevocably changed my life in differing ways. The journey to this point has been filled with hards stops, resets, selling/lacking of gear from financial insecurity, hard drive failure, dark eras lost to the grinds of life, mental health and relocation.

So why start here? Nietzsche once said, “Without music, life would be a mistake.” To call this album deeply personal is an understatement. Requiem is just as much a catharsis as a reclamation of self. I mention all of this to inspire anyone else who has also had to face similar daunting situations in their own way. Never give up.

Future works will likely go in a less personal direction or wherever the road may lead. You cannot make up for lost time but you can enjoy what’s left of it. To that end, here’s to building upon the bones of the past.. Requiem Reclamation: 25 years of rubbish
